SeaWorld Orlando is providing guests with a unique Valentine’s Day dinner at the breath-taking, Sharks Underwater Grill. Guests will be enchanted by the mesmerizing panoramic view of the 700,000-gallon Shark Encounter aquarium with various species of fish and sharks swimming about. Love birds will arrive in style with a red-carpet entrance, followed by a delicious four-course meal accompanied by a romantic ambiance of live music. After the romantic dinner, guests are invited to an exclusive private viewing of the Sea Lion & Otter Presentation.

- Pineapple Mango Shrimp Ceviche Shooters
- Brie en Croute Board for two
- Strawberry Fields Salad
- Filet Mignon and Lobster Tail Surf and Turf
- Tiramisu
For $220 per couple, this romantic evening features an unforgettable animal experience, a complimentary photo, free parking and a decadent four-course meal. Couples can enhance their experience with an add-on for bottomless mimosas or wine for $49.99. Additional photo prints will be available for purchase for $5.00 each. Park admission is not required to attend the Valentine’s Day dinner.

Valentine’s Day Dinner Menu:
- Amuse Bouche: Pineapple Mango shrimp ceviche shooter
- 1st course: Brie En croute board for two – rich creamy Brie cheese baked in light crispy phyllo topped with a tangy raspberry compote served with homemade crostini.
- 2nd Course: Strawberry Fields Salad – a delicious blend of spring mix salad tossed with a strawberry balsamic vinaigrette and topped with toasted walnuts, diced apples, strawberries and goat cheese.
- 3rd Course: Surf and Turf – perfectly grilled 8 oz. Filet Mignon and Lobster tail presented on a bed of creamy parmesan risotto and roasted asparagus.
- Dessert: Tiramisu – classic Italian dessert of crispy lady fingers soaked in a coffee syrup that is layered between rounds of sweet and tangy mascarpone
