Greetings from Latin Family Now- The long-awaited reopening of the theme parks is already being announced and here I bring you more details.
Legoland will be the first park to reopen its doors on June 1, albeit under limited hours and taking the necessary precautions.
They also announced the official opening of their new pirate-themed hotel. The LEGOLAND pirate hotel that was supposed to open in March but will finally open on the first of June next to the reopening of its parks.
Universal Orlando Resort will begin a gradual reopening beginning June 5.
The reopening will be carefully managed and will include a wide range of new and improved best practice health, safety and hygiene procedures based on guidelines from CDC and health officials. Recall that also the park that has been closed since March 16. Universal CityWalk Orlando began reopening on May 14 with a new health, safety and hygiene procedure.
And finally we have some Disney news!
The plan for the reopening of Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Animal Kingdom will be on July 11, followed by EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios on July 15. Additionally, the Disney Vacation Club resorts at Walt Disney World will reopen to members and Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground will begin reopening on June 22. The Disney Vacation Club resorts in Vero Beach, Florida, and Hilton Head, South Carolina, will also open to members and guests beginning June 15.
Jeff Vale- president of wdw resort said he will implement protocols that include attendance limitation, as well as a series of health and safety measures, including physical distance, temperature controls and facial coverage for our cast members and guests. In addition, cashless transactions will be recommended, and cleaning and disinfection procedures will be increased in high traffic areas.
And lastly SeaWorld announced that its official reopening will be on June 11th after a night to honor its employees on June 10th.
